Terms of Service

Please read through thoroughly before commissioning !

General

• Client must provide a brief that is as detailed as possible, with as many relevant references as they can provide. As much as possible, please provide a comprehensive concept outline and color palette that I may refer to during the working process. Any inconsistencies in details due to a lack of reference material is not my responsibility as I am simply filling in gaps as I see fit.• Providing another artist's work as reference is okay, but not preferred. I will not be heavily referencing another artist's work and will not entertain briefs that urge me to recreate another artist's style.• I have the right to refuse a commission.• Price may change depending on complexity of the commission. The written price is not fixed, rather a base price.• I am strongly against the use of AI-generated material. Any attempt at presenting me with an AI generated image to refer to for a commission will be automatically denied. This is not the place to support art theft, I would much rather refer to a piccrew or external reference images.• Client has the right to ask for progress/status updates in regards to commissions. But please avoid spamming my messages as I am still a busy student.• Strictly NO NFT/AI learning use.• Do not claim/trace/edit my work under any circumstances.• Credit @/astratelier where seen fit.

Payment

• Payments can be made via Paypal (in USD, as stated in the commissions tab of this card), or Bank Transfer (BCA) for Indonesian clients.• In the case of commissions over $50 USD (inclusive) in price, 50% of total payment must be made upfront before the commission is started. The remaining 50% can be sent once the final draft is reviewed and approved by client.• In the case of commissions under $50, full upfront payment is expected prior to the starting of the commission.• Payments must be made within 7 days after approving of the final draft. Failure to do so without proper reasoning (i.e ghosting, late replies) will result in being blacklisted from future services. Money paid will not be refunded.

Revisions

• The client is entitled to the following revisions after the sketch phase in the case of a full/non-skeb type commission:
- Up to 3 major revisions (color changes in overlays/schedules, font change in logos, overall theme alterations, concept changes)
- Up to 10 minor revisions (placement, icon replacement, minor additions to the design, etc.)• Any requests after final file has been sent will account for additional fees.

Refunds

• Refunds are permitted under the following circumstances:
- A commission has not been started/is still pending.
- I initiate a refund as I am unable to complete the commission.• Any commission that has been moved to the 'WIP' list will be non-refundable.

Delivery

• Work time may vary from a few days up to a month depending on my work load. Number of slots open will correspond to this.• As I work on Photoshop, the files you receive will not be vectorized. However, the output will be sent on a canvas large enough to ensure quality is maintained (1920 x 1080).• Commissions will be sent via Google Drive folder. Client will receive .psd file, showcase images, and transparent pngs.

Communication

• In the case I do not respond to your DM request please contact me on VGen! Twitter doesn't send me notifications for DM requests so there's a high chance I'll miss it if you don't let me know outside of DMs.

What Counts as Commercial Use?

Commercial Use fees are incurred under the following circumstances:- A physical print of the commission will be sold or used for branding purposes outside of digital media.
- The commission will be used for merchandise.
- The commission is to be used for physical promotional material (including name cards, convention banners, merch backing cards, etc.)For more specific circumstances, kindly approach me personally to discuss whether these fees will be applied!Commercial fees are NOT incurred under the following circumstances:- The commission is being used for digital promotional content, including streaming, social media usage, and other brand promotional material that is not in a physical form.All VTuber/stream related commissions including stream overlays and schedules will not require additional fees to use for their intended purpose.

General Commission Price
Only serves as a base price. Will vary depending on complexity. Final price will be determined after consultation between me and the client.
